Do you accept insurance?
I am currently a cash-pay practice, which allows me to spend more time with each patient and provide truly personalized care. I can provide a superbill, if you want to submit it to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Many patients find that their HSA or FSA funds can be used for services.
Do I need to have labs done first?
No - we will discuss your symptoms in the initial consultation and determine what labs are appropriate.
How does telehealth work?
All appointments are conducted via secure video call. You'll receive a link before your appointment. All you need is a smartphone, tablet, or computer with internet connection. Prescriptions are sent directly to your home from a compounding pharmacy.
Are you taking new patients?
Yes! I'm currently accepting new patients in Colorado and Illinois. Same-week appointments are often available.

Men's Hormone Optimization Membership: Starting at $150/month, includes regular visits, hormone labs, and testosterone therapy. Everything bundled for predictable monthly pricing.
Women’s Hormone Optimization: Pay-as-you-go model. Initial visit $250, follow-up visits $175. Labs and medications/supplements are additional and paid out-of-pocket.
Weight Optimization: Starting at $170/month, includes telehealth visits, lab work, and GLP-1 delivered directly to your home.
Functional Medicine for Men and Women: Pay-as-you-go model. Initial visit $250, follow-up visits $175. Labs and medications/supplements are additional and paid out-of-pocket.
What does the process look like?
Free 15-minute consultation - We'll discuss your symptoms and whether BHRT or functional medicine is right for you
Initial appointment - Comprehensive intake, health history review, and treatment plan development (typically 60 minutes via telehealth)
Lab work - I'll order necessary hormone panels and other testing (you can use local labs in your area)
Follow-up & treatment - Review results, prescribe bioidentical hormones or other treatments, and begin your wellness journey
Ongoing care - Regular check-ins to monitor progress and adjust your plan as needed
