Cultivate Functional Medicine is a 'direct-pay' practice and does not accept insurance. This allows us to provide transparent pricing and longer 1:1 visits without insurance restrictions. However, many patients can use HSA/FSA funds for our services and labs.

How does the virtual telehealth process work?

Our process is 100% virtual for patients in CO and IL. You'll start with a video consultation, we'll send lab orders to a local facility near you, and your medications are shipped directly to your door following a review of your data.

What is included in the monthly membership fees?

Depending on your level, memberships generally include all provider visits, quarterly lab work, personalized medication protocols, and significant discounts on professional-grade supplements through Fullscript.

Can I switch between programs, such as from weight loss to TRT?

Yes. Our functional medicine approach is holistic. Many patients start with weight optimization and transition into long-term hormone maintenance. We adjust your membership level as your health goals evolve.

Are your hormone therapies bioidentical?

Yes. We specialize in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT). These hormones have the exact same chemical structure as those naturally produced by your body, leading to better results and fewer side effects.

All appointments are conducted via secure video call. You'll receive a link before your appointment. All you need is a smartphone, tablet, or computer with internet connection. Prescriptions are sent directly to your home from a compounding pharmacy.

Are you taking new patients?

Yes! I'm currently accepting new patients in Colorado and Illinois. Same-week appointments are often available.

Can you replace my PCP?

No - we recommend you continue to follow with your PCP and other specialists. If needed, we will work hand in hand with them while we optimize your overall health. Cultivate does not provide urgent or emergency medical services
